Shipping policy

International orders

All duties and taxes are included to ensure no surprise costs when ordering from Søster. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery. We use UPS for shipping as well as return shipping. See return policy for further conditions. 

 

Norwegian orders

Delivery Time: Our commitment is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day. 

Shipping Rates: We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Norway over 1800 NOK. For orders under 1800 NOK, shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping option you choose. 

We partner with delivery services including Postnord, Bring, Instabox and Porterbuddy to give you a variety of delivery options. 

Order Cancellation: Our automated logistics system processes orders quickly for efficiency. Therefore, cancellation of orders for in-stock items is not possible once placed. For pre-orders, please contact us if you need to cancel.

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of business days stated on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (for example in connection with the reservation of products that are not in stock), delivery will take place no later than 30 business days after Søster Swim has confirmed the order in writing in the order confirmation. 

The expected delivery time is stated either in the order confirmation, at checkout and/or on the relevant product page on the Website. If there is a delay in delivery, Søster Swim will inform you of this and will continue to maintain control of the order. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, and if a delivery is delayed by more than 30 business days and is not due to you as the Customer, you have the right to cancel the Purchase.

If a package is to be collected at a specific delivery location, you must do so within the time period stated in the message. Packages should normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. You will receive a delivery notification stating when and where the package must be picked up or received. The notification can be given by email, regular mail, and if you have provided a mobile phone number, also by phone or SMS. Søster Swim has the right to charge you a fee of EUR20/NOK200/USD20 if the package is not picked up.
